Jewellery Express - Return Policy

We are confident in our products and believe you will be happy with your choice. However, we also understand that there is only so much you can learn about a product from looking at it on a computer screen.  Therefore to afford our customers all the benefits attributed with purchasing from a store in person, we offer a 7 day return and refund policy.  This means that if you are not 100% satisfied with a product you can return it to us within 7 days and we will be happy to refund the purchase price of your item (excluding postage and handling) no questions asked!

 Unfortunately there is no return for items "Made to order"( MTO) Name Jewellery, Jewellery designed as custom made,Resized Rings or items that have had any alterations made to them by your request e.g. different stones , ring designes changed . However Warranties still apply for these items.

 

To arrange a return/refund please send an email to sales@jewelleryexpress.com.au informing us of the item you are returning. Please indicate whether you would prefer a refund or a credit for future purchases.

 

You will be responsible for the safe return of the item in its original condition and original packaging, accompanied the receipt. Once we have received the item we will process your refund or issue a credit online with your preference.  Our Bank informs us that a refund is normally processed within approximately 5 working days.

Refunds will be processed in the same way that purchases were paid for. For instance, if you paid by credit card the same credit card will be refunded.

 

 

 

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel a confirmed order, please contact us immediately via sales@jewelleryexpress.com.au. Please note that if your order has been dispatched we are unable to recall it, but once you receive it you can return it if you wish.
